The access at the EFS16 is limited to 250 participants, of which 75 students.

The on-line registration form will close on June 5^th (midnight-local time), 2023.

Once the registration will be closed, we will create a waiting list; if needed; please contact segreteria@efs16.it to be included. In case of cancellations, we will contact you on a first to come basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

Cancellations received on or before February 15, 2023: full refund less 60 Euros handling fee
Cancellations received between February 16, 2023 to April 30, 2023, 50% refund
Thereafter April 30, 2023: no refund

Cancellations and refund requests must be requested by e-mail to segreteria@efs16.it

REGISTRATION

Registration for the EFS16 Seminar is to be made electronically by completing the registration form provided on the EFS16 website (www.efs16.it). Registrations without full name, complete email, and postal address cannot be processed.

No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Within 15 days you will receive the invoice.

Online Registration:
Once you have registered you will receive an email summarizing your purchase from where you can download tickets to enter the seminar, gala dinner and guided tours and another email to set your account password. Once you have set your password you will be able to access the restricted area.

To access the restricted area Menu > Members Area > Login.
Once logged in in the drop-down menu you will find both Account Page and Logout button.

From your Account Page you can view your orders (click on View to view your complete order and download tickets to enter the seminar, gala dinner and guided tours), manage your billing address, and edit your password and account details.

STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE

Student registration fee will be offered to students without any academic title and PHD student. The age limit for student registration is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).

We will require a proof of your student status and age; this will be a scan of your student identification card or passport or identity document together with a letter from your university (presentation letter); please, send the documents above no later than three days from the registration to segreteria@efs16.it.

In case these documents are not received, the registration fee will automatically be adjusted to a regular fee.

Gala Dinner

Wednesday, June 14th, 2023

We absolutely recommend that you register for the EFS16 Gala Dinner. You can’t miss this networking opportunity and have fun with us.

The Gala Dinner will also be open to accompanying person registreted. Guests will enjoy a complete dinner from appetizers to desserts with typical Italian and Roman dishes. Dinner will be accompanied by a musical group.

Unfortunately, during the seminar period, the weather forecast is unfavorable and the Organizing Committee has decided, for everyone’s safety, to move the outdoor gala dinner at the Botanical Garden to the Museum of Classical Art located on the Sapienza campus.

However, the organizing committee decided to allow all seminar participants to visit the Botanical Garden free of charge during the days of the conference.
To take advantage of the free visit, simply show your EFS16 badge at the entrance of the Garden.
