As local organizing committee of the “16th European Fusarium Seminar“, we are very delighted to invite you to the EFS16 which will take place from June 12-15, 2023, at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

The EFS16 will be an excellent opportunity to present and discuss the progress made in all fields related to Fusarium research, ranging from plant pathology to medical research and from mycotoxin research to mitigation strategies.

The access at the EFS16 is limited to 250 participants, of which 75 students.

The on-line registration form will close on June 5th (midnight-local time), 2023.

Once the registration will be closed, we will create a waiting list; if needed; please contact segreteria@efs16.it to be included. In case of cancellations, we will contact you on a first to come basis.

Once you have registered you will receive an email summarizing your purchase from where you can download tickets to enter the seminar, gala dinner and guided tours and another email to set your account password. Once you have set your password you will be able to access the restricted area.

To access the restricted area Menu > Members Area > Login.
Once logged in in the drop-down menu you will find both Account Page and Logout button.

From your Account Page you can view your orders (click on View to view your complete order and download tickets to enter the seminar, gala dinner and guided tours), manage your billing address, and edit your password and account details.

To reduce accomodation costs, the organizers arranged a special deal with Globus Hotel near the venue. Attendees can book a room and have a special price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received on or before February 15, 2023: full refund less 60 euro handling fee
  • Cancellations received between February 16, 2023 to April 30, 2023, 50% refund
  • Thereafter April 30, 2023: no refund
